Namibia is much more than a country with truly beautiful deserts. It is above all, a nation with an astonishing diversity of people and cultures.
Among my preferred highlights: the very impressive Epupa waterfalls; colossal fallen baobabs in Tsumkwe; self-drive safari in Etosha National Park; towering sand dunes in Sossusvlei; Cape Cross colony of fur seals, one of the largest (and probably stinkiest) colonies in the world; Fish River canyon — the second largest canyon in the world; ancient engravings of Twyfelfontein; unique lichen fields; one of the best African beers.
